1. According to the operation of the conveyor belt, adjust the relevant equipment in time. Prevent belt deviation from belt wear and damage to upper and lower cover rubber. Consists of PVC exposure and drop.

2. Remove the attachments on the outer surface of the drive drum in time to prevent bubbling, PVC twitching, elongation of vulcanized joints and other conditions that affect the strength of the joint due to uneven joint force caused by the irregular appearance of the drum.

3. The vulcanized joint is the thin part of the conveyor belt strength. Plastic cracks begin to appear at the opening of the joint, water enters the PVC through the gap of the core rubber, PVC corrodes, broken wires, twitching, etc. The elongation change momentum of the joint, the abnormal change in appearance, the preventive inspection operation should be checked in time, and the defects of the vulcanized joint should be found in time and repaired in time.

4. If the side glue of the conveyor belt is peeled off, the cover glue is partially exposed to PVC and other defects, cold bonding or vulcanization heating should be carried out in time. According to the damage of the conveyor belt, choose different repair methods such as cold patching, hot vulcanization, filling PVC, etc., to keep the appearance of the conveyor belt intact.
